Proof of Attendance

If you attend one of the Learning Center’s services and need to prove your attendance, please follow the instructions for the appropriate service. 

Tiger Tutors or Exam Review:

When you arrive, you will scan a QR code and fill out a brief Qualtrics form. You will then receive an email that will serve as your proof of attendance. If you do not receive an email, ensure that you have entered your email address correctly in the Qualtrics form. If you still do not receive an email, please reach out to lc@missouri.edu for assistance.

Academic Coaching or Appointment-Based Tutoring:

After your appointment, the tutor or Academic Coach will submit notes about the appointment. You will be emailed a copy of the notes and you can view them in MU Connect by going to the “Messages” tab on the left hand side of your screen. 

Please note that you must have actually attended the appointment to receive a copy of the appointment notes.
